Hard spots (multiple) on 7 year olds elbows and knees (only) no where else

They're very small and about 15 on each elbow and about 5 on his tight knee (almost like pimples) red and hard and slightly raised (but with no head IYKWIM) They don't hurt (other than if you press them fairly hard) Have googled and not got anywhere .. anyone else had anything like this?

sounds like molluscum to me..warts..they should go away within a year to 18 months.

Sounds similar to what Ds gets, the difference being that they are sore when knocked/scraped by hard surface etc(I suffered it too as a child, but grew out of it. The practice nurse called his eczema, gave him Oilatum cream, worked really well.

molluscum contagiosum probably. There are quite few threads on here about that may (or may not) help them to go away faster.
