Marina Coil, is it only me who found it increased my sexdrive....

I had my marina coil fitted in March, and I have found that my sex drive has become much higher. I am not in a long term relationship but even when I was I wanted sex all the time which is unusal for me. So just wondering if this has been the case with anyone else?

Really? Maybe it is just me then. But I think hormones have a funny affect on me. I used to be on the pill which completely killed my sex drive...

I did wonder about this - I had mine fitted in July and have definitely hotted up since but I'd put that down to getting more sleep (baby born May). Will watch this thread with interest...

So maybe I'm not the only one then. I also found that just before my period I get even more turned on all the time. Which has never been the case for me...

Me too! But I wonder is it the freedom from pregnancy worries that increased my sex drive and not the mirena?

I dont think it was the pregnancy free worries with me, as when I was on the pill my sexdrive was really low...

my sex drive disappeared with the Mirena coil.That's the one downside of it for me.
