I have a very sore and very smelly little toe, the skin has peeled away from inside the toe (where it abuts the had none toe) and also on the bit of your foot that you walk on near to the outside. I have been using lamasil cream and washing my feet and changing my socks etc. Is there anything else I could do. Bear in mind we live in Switzerland and a lot of things just aren't available. I am thinking along the lines of soak your feet in asprin rather than use hr46s2o chemical.
