Anyone had an endoscopic suction of the nose?

If so what happens?

I am having it done tomorrow and between me and my DH we have have conjured all sorts! (most not pleasant!)

I did have a septoplasty and balloonaplasty last Monday, so am guessing that its going to be clearing out my nose but what I really want to know, is how!
