trembling feeling in hands and arms

For over a week now I have a sensation in my hands and lower arms that they are trembling, however when I look at them they are not moving in the slightest! Have seen Doctor who thinks it's nothing to be concerned about and has linked it with anxiety. The thing is I don't feel particularly anxious about anything. Anyone else had this?

i get it when my blood sugar is low.

anxiety can give you a tingly pins and needles type trembly feeling as the capillaries in your hands and fingers close down a litttle bit when you are anxious.
