Does anyone have any experience of this? I wondered how you go about choosing a counsellor and if there are different types of counselling?

And has anyone visited a counsellor in London that they could recommend?

No advice SamboM, but I could do with that myself!

It's for my DH, he is finding his job so stressful that it is affecting his whole life and he thinks it would help if he could deal with the stress better. Looking into the option of changing career, but that will take a while and I really think if he could learn to cope better with the stress he would acutally quite like his job!

I was signed off sick earlier this year - there's a couple of sites which I found useful ..heathandsafty and
and I did a lunchtime session at work, and the biggest thing is to learn to say NO (and mean it!)
