5 weeks pregnant, cramps- stomach upset, normal, UTI, something else?

Sorry in advance if this is long and complicated.

I am 5 weeks pregnant. I have cramps, some low down, some around my belly button and some back ache. Can be really quite uncomfortable.

Had diarrhoea this morning which marginally improved things but cramps then returned.

No appetite at all.

Feel very bloated.

I had a UTI which was diagnosed 3 days before I found out I was pg though I think it was more a kidney infection (fever, chills, back and side pain). Was diagnosed with a dip test that found blood and leukocytes in my urine. 7 day course of trimethoprim completed.

I had another dip test done on Tues which showed a very small, minute amount of blood apparently (nurse wasn't concerned) and no more leukocytes, no nitrates.

This is different to the stretchy, ligament type pain when pg with dd, is more widespread and hurts more.

I had an em cs with dd if that could be a factor.

So, all that considered, any ideas? I have health anxiety, coupled with this being an unwanted pg (TOP booked for Jan ). Very worried about the constant cramps.

Could it be a UTI if there's nothing in my urine? Why the tiny, tiny amount of blood? The nurse sent a sample off somewhere. No idea where or why, am in a daze atm. Or is this just a tummy bug, hence the diarrhoea and mid abdominal cramps?

I know you can't diagnose me but I'm on my own until midnight and have no way of getting to a dr.
