Kidney infection - what are the signs?

In the last two days I've had a really painful bacl,all the way round.It's really sore and making it difficult to walk. I have no recollection of doing anything to strain it and was wondering if it could possibly be a kidney infection. Would I have other symptoms if it was?

Maybe no, the pains might be just under your ribs at the back, you may feel a bit sick, pass blood, have a raised temperature, pain on passing urine... go to the gp if you suspect it, as they can be quite serious!
