Physio did this to my hand today (torn ligaments) I didn't feel very much - should I have? Whats peoples experience of this?

had this done by physio on the postnatal ward - applied to my ahem perineum. I didn't really feel anything at the time, but it produced immediate results - I could sit down after having it done!

you won't feel anything.

info here

the idea is to kick start your damaged ligaments at cellular level.
