OMG what a thickie! I didn't even realise this thread was here!

I opened mine when it arrived, under pain of screeching tantrums from four little girls . It's a beautiful hot chocolate mug with some hot chocolate powder and a little whisk for making it with . 'Twas yummy and I have banned anyone else from using my pretty cup!

Thank you to whoever!

What are the 'rules' regarding revealing? And I must have missed something while I was awol - why do some of us have two presents

jinglejet · 16/12/2009 09:48

glad to see that my ss recipient like their pressie - was a bit worried it would be carp

I would love to do a proper meet up - i figure by next year i should be more or less ok with actually seeing people

awastingamanger · 16/12/2009 11:20

Flamingo, some of us missed signing up, so a second one was set up.

FlamingoCrimbo · 16/12/2009 11:39

Ok, my own fault then for going awol

BitOfFunderthemistletoe · 16/12/2009 11:42

Are some people not opening theors yet then? Have we been horribly undisciplined?

jinglejet · 16/12/2009 12:51

BoF - i am not opening mine as it will prob be the only one i get although i will probably end up giving my friend some cash to take junior shopping for a little gift - she gets so sad when she realises she hasnt got me anything!

DidSantasMum · 16/12/2009 18:18

Bof not opening mine as feel guilty about getting mine sent late. will open end of week.

Jet could you fb me your address i have a parcel here for you. Not much but its been waiting to go for ages and would love to get it to you before christmas.

Alicehasamincepieintheoven · 16/12/2009 19:50

Thank you Sazzles! (i mean SS ) Very cute bootees and i am always in need of a notebook and pen that hasn't been chewed Thank you, thank you. I have had a bit of a stressful afternoon and it really cheered me up when i got home

I am also really pleased that ss giftee really liked their present as i was worried about it (silly i know, but i bet i wasn't the only one)

SazzlesOnASled · 16/12/2009 20:29

You are welcome Alice, although sorry for it being a tad boring not very inspired . I have one notebook a friend gave me and it is reserved for listing all the jobs DH we need to do

Hope the mince pie likes the booties next Xmas

Alicehasamincepieintheoven · 16/12/2009 20:35

I'm sure it will! DD tried to put them on Seriously, i love making lists of things to do (yes, it is sad) but it does help keep me vaguely organised so it really is very useful.

Have you got yours yet?

Alicehasamincepieintheoven · 16/12/2009 20:36

I keep forgetting we have these now

jaquelinehyde · 16/12/2009 22:34

Evening peeps

I sent my SS on Monday I hope whoever gets it likes it (sorry it's not much).

I have recieved my SS but will be leaving it until Christmas day if that is OK? I have a little gift that the lovely Bella sent me, and my SS and I'm saving them both.

My present is shaped like a small cocktail shaker and rattles when I shake it (I'm doing that a lot). I'm stupidly excited, and will be sure to post on here once opened.

SazzlesOnASled · 16/12/2009 22:55

Not yet but i am assaulting the postman daily

DidSantasMum · 16/12/2009 23:00

Is he cute or old and wrinkly sazz?

SazzlesOnASled · 16/12/2009 23:10

He is a bit of a cheeky chappy and very nice (even after i told him off for always bringing parcels for DH and to only come back when he had one for me ), but short, bit greasy haired and 'should have gone to specsavers'. So deffo not shaggable

DidSantasMum · 16/12/2009 23:17

...

SqueezinAroundTheXmasTree · 17/12/2009 09:49

DidSantasMum · 17/12/2009 20:53
