WHAT WAS THAT FLU CURE DRINK AGAIN, something about lemon, orange

Hi, a few weeks ago I read a few variations on a homemade preventative and cure for flu type illnesses.

I forgot to keep the bit of paper I wrote it down on. It went something like.....

Orange, Lemon, Honey, Ginger, Tumeric (I think that was the spice anyway) and there was other suggestions but can't remember. Can't remember how much of what either.

DS very ill with chest Infection and virul symtoms and im 36 weeks PG. Need to try anything.

It's not swine flu. Was a selfish mother and her kids coming to meet me all really ill and im 36 weeks PG. Looking forward to this!!!

But star anise is the spice they extract the active ingredient of tamiflu from - only the ones grown in a specific region of china iirc, but ordinary star anise has anti-viral properties. Any good?

No idea, sorry. Wanted to extend sympathy as a;ll three of us have been struck down at the moment.
