DD ad the first part of her vaccine on tuesday last week then was sick saturday night just once then just seemed really out of sorts yesterday and today and hasn't been eating much.

Is this too late to be part of the vaccine? She can't talk much yet but keeps asking for calpol.

Hi. My son (9 months) had his jab on Saturday morning and he had side effects by the end of the day - extremely sleepy, grumpy, wouldn't eat. By Sunday morning, he was wheezing and still wanted to sleep all the time. GP gave him steroids to help with breathing - said that it is a commmon side effect along with lethargy for a coupl eof days after. He is pretty much his normal self now. I'm no expert but I wouild say that if your dd had her jab last tuesday, the sickness etc is probably unrelated. Not sure if that helps? x

Thanks yes you are probably right. Come to think of it she slept lads the few days after so I wonder if that is related. Hard to know what caused what at this time of year, she's had a cough for well over a week which seems to have got worse since he jab but may well have done anyway. Hope your DS gets well soon.
