I hav gestational diabetes and have started metformin on the night, rang diabetes nurse this morning and she said if blood sugar keeps going over target on morning to start tablets on morning as well. I was just wondering what they should be on the morning after fasting all night cos forgot to ask her and now cant get hold of her. Thanks
