Fil was diagnosed with a slow growing brain tumour, and has now had surgery to remove it. The oncologist has recommended regular doses of TMZ. FIL is in a country which only has one oncologist, there is little culture of explaining anything to relatived, or indeed patients, and the family will have to pay for the drug. Very very expensive. DP is there, trying to help his F make decisions: weighing up the pros and cons of taking unpleasant chemo against a slow growing tumour in a 69 yo man. He is currently still unable to use one side of his bidy, and not co-operating greatly with the necessary physio. Any experience of rehab from brain surgery or taking TMZ, and anything else relevant will be very helpful. Thank you.
