My 3 year old son has white substance in nipple

Hi, I wondered if anyone can help me? My son has sort of like a hard lump on his nipple that has white stuff in it. It only comes out if you squeeze it. It is quite thick. After it has come out it looks better but within a few weeks more white stuff has built up. Has anyone heard of anything like this before? I have searched internet and can't find anything. thanks

Probably best you see your GP, my son had this when he was born and I was told it was hormone related, but he has not had it since.
