Are animal reactions to vaccines relevant?

I came across an interesting and eye-opening article in relation to pet vaccination: www.drcarley.com/Science_of_vaccine_damage.pdf

If we test our medicines/vaccines etc in animals, then perhaps the information concerning vet's observations of vaccinated animals, will help our understanding of how vaccines may interact with our children & selves?
