Can anyone diagnose me, list of symptoms...

Hi, just wondering if anyone can diagnose me.
Im 23, def not pg and normally very healthy.
Ive been having these symptoms;

Dizzyness, feeling quite faint when get really dizzy.
breathlessness
headaches for a week non stop
lethargic
naucious
tired all the time, although sleeping really well.
shaking alot.

Im going the doctors tomorrow, just would like to have an idea of what might be suggested by the doc. I think i may be anemic as suggested previously by plantaseedwatchitgrow

Could be underactive thyroid.

just googled thyroid and only have small amount of symptoms, feeling tired and weak, and slow heart rate maybe if they mean like breathlessness. Thanks for the warning tho, really hope it is not that as it say fertility probs and im TTC #2 thanks for the thoughts

low iron possibly. it would not hurt to get some spa tone from the chemist.

I had most of those things when severely anaemic.

Or anxiety can cause all of those symptoms. Is that likely?

Anaemia
Vit B12 deficiency (Pernicious Anaemia)
Hypothyroidism
Viral illness

Been to the doc's, she thinks it is aneamia, blood tests on thursday thanks to all for their help

hold of taking anything until after your test. spa tone is absorbed quite quickly.

if it is anemia don't take the tablets as the side effects are not nice. get some spa tone as its loooooooooooovley. in fact i would just take some after your blood test on thursday.

Ok thanks, will look at taking spatone for def after blood tests, im terrified, i had loads when pg with ds but didnt mind then

question on spa tone ? i have v heavy periods and low iron a bit , 16 on last count in august doc not worried said just take multi vit with iron , i discovered spa tone and wondered if i can take 2 a day ? im not PG but have short cycle and thought may be ok to double it as i do have HP ..
I think its fab as no upset tummy with it or black stools
