Tell me your experience of swine flu

DH & I in bed with SF. The worst for us has been the vomiting and diarrhoea, leaving us weak and exhausted. Also had high temps over 38*C and aching body and sore throats. We were both separately diagnosed by GPs and on tamiflu. We expected to have colds, coughs etc. Everyone on here seems to, but nobody mentions the vomiting and diarrhoea. Just wondering how it all was for everyone else?

Dd2 had suspected SF a few weeks ago, she ended up in hospital as she refused to drink , she was sick once, no diarrhea, high temp, very sore throat and cough, she was unwell for a week but soon recovered. Dd1 then came down with it, she had a very high temp for 4 days and diarrhea (no sickness) and was poorly for 7 days.

DD was sick once, no Diarrhea. The grown up had no D or V, just high temp, chills, no wanting to eat, and achy limbs cough and headache.
