Wednesday last week at work I felt shit. Really bad headache, hot and cold, achy etc. Stayed off on thurs and called nhs direct who decided I probably had sf, so I dispatched dh for tamiflu. Friday felt a bit better, sat and sun rallied and even did the ironing! (although still hot and a bit sleepy) I was eating and felt pretty good to be honest. This morning I returned to work and an hour in was horribly horribly sick Obviously got sent home and have since been sick again, feel absolutley awful and have slept for most of the day. Is this sf or could it side effects of the tamiflu? Am even more stressed out as have piles on at work. Boss is fabulous but it really doesn't help! I have been told to stay away until it's all cleared up, but to be honest thought it had!
