3yr old ds has white spots around bum

Hi my 3yr old ds has white spots around his bum he had a couple for the last few days and iv put sudocream on them but now he has more. He still wears a night time nappy which is fully every morning, could it b nappy rash? He's never had it b4 as i always used bepanthen which was super but what shud i do now? Or could it be something else? Thanks

dd had nappy rash like this once.Would reccomend metanium cream.Be warned it is very yellow and stainy so put an old towel down when you are nappy changing but it does the trick.

Could it be molluscum contagiosum? Have a google.

dds were slightly raised whitish spots,a bit like hives but white.aybe goto gp for advice,given Niggles post.Metanium worked though!
