How long for Implanon pain to go? Experiences please...

Had implanon inserted yesterday after too many times of forgetting mini-pill.
Made me feel a bit sick yesterday & feeling really sore today so just wondering how long it takes to settle down.

AFter a week you won't know it's there, apart from holding it through your skin to gross out your friends who are squeamish. Can't remember it hurting for more than a few days.

About 4 weeks, I'm afraid!

Thanks for responses - guess I have to hold out a while. Ibuprofen kicking in now so a bit better!
