should I be concerned or is that normal (its been a few years since last time!)?

It had pretty much stopped, then came back yesterday heavy, and I flooded overnight - brownish and slightly thick.

DD2 has had a strep a infection, I was ill at the start of last week (bad throat, temp, sweats), and now have the bad throat back.

Feeling very achey down there too, which I wasn't before.
