Aching knees and feet - has doing too many nappies damaged my knees?

I have 2 children under 2 which involves lots of nappies. I have mainly done them on the floor and now have hard patches of skin on my knees and I am now getting aching in my knees and feet - one leg in particular. I have read about bursitis - has anyone else experienced this?

I had incredibly painful knees for a few weeks after I had DD but was also changing DS's nappies too, again I had 2 under 2. IIRC I started being really careful when I got on the floor to change nappies and didn't kneel, just stretched my legs out instead. The pain went within a couple of weeks.
