Enlarged glands in groin

I noticed months ago that I had two glands, one on either side of my groin. They were the same size and in the same place on both sides so I didn't think anything more of them.
Over the past few weeks/months the one on my right side has enlarged to nearly twice the size and there is now another cluster of enlarged glands next to it.
None of them are painful and I don't have any other symptoms.
I do have varicose veins in my pelvic area, which I am having treated next week. Could this cause swollen glands do you think?

Not really sure.Are the veins inflamed?

I would see GP this week and ask. Would be a pain to turn up for treatment and be cancelled cos they need to check your glands out.

Have you been unwell lately eg cough, cold, flu?

Absolutely see GP. I had this and it was PID... no other symptoms.
