had swine flu-still not right

hi,

my dad had swine flu about 5 weeks ago. was prescribed tamiflu and seemed to recover ok although docs arent enitirely sure he didnt have a second underlying infection.

now 4 weeks after finishing tamiflu he is not unwell asuch but def not right, VERY sweaty (profusely at night, bit shivery sore throat

could it be swine flu again so soon? or is there something else people are prone to after swine flu?

he's 50, reletively healthy...but im a bit concerned

Sounds like pneumonia -esp the sweating.
Hope it isn't. Your GP should listen intentely to his lungs, and get an Xray to check for fluid in the lungs.
