Swine flu vaccine and pregnancy

Am 17 weeks pregnant and also work in the NHS so will be offered the swine flu vaccine. Am just not sure whether to have it or not. Is it better to risk catching it (seeing as pregnancy seems to put you more at risk of complications), or having the vaccine, but potentially putting the baby at risk? I know they have said it is safe for pregnant women, but they thought thalidomide was safe at the time, so don't really trust what they say. Any thoughts please?
