Thyroid experts - can anyone interpret my thyroid antibodies test results? Can't see a doc until next week..

Have been very tired, cold, foggy brain etc. Doctor did blood tests and TSH levels were "borderline". Sent me off for blood tests to check for thyroid antibodies. Has come back with reading of 421.9 tpo positive.

Can anyone tell me what this means? Am feeling a bit wobbly and can't see a doctor until next week..

Any help much appreciated..
