Foods that are gentle on an upset stomach?

Following sickness at the weekend, I am no longer being ill but have felt sick constantly for 3 days and can't face eating anything. I'm more or less surviving on sips of water at the moment!

What can I try that might help? I'm definitely not pregnant!

TIA

you need to do BRAT

Banana
Rice
Apple
Toast

Take a cue from your body

If you don't feel like eating, it's not a problem as long as you are hydrated - drinking sips of water every 15 mins

As BoysareLikeDogs says,

rice
cream crackers
Carr's table water biscuits

then, when you are feeling a bit better,

pear
white fish
tiny bit of lean chicken
more rice
lmaybe even some carrots (steamed or boiled and chopped up small)
banana

flat cocoa-cola is also good ....

Hope you feel better soon

Oh and later on, perhaps a boiled egg and soldiers

egg is 'binding' for runny tummy

I also swear by the BRAT approach

Yes those rehydration powders (available at any chemist) are good.

Dilute in tepid boiled water.

Hope you feel better soon TheSunalwaysShines x
