Cramp in fingers

I keep getting cramp in the fingers of my left hand. Annoying but is it worrying?

Ring finger and little finger? (Sometimes middle as well).

I get the same. I'm also prone to pins and needles in those particular fingers. It's something to do with nerve damage/trapped in elbow (I tend to sleep on that side, so I'm sure I just trap something). I've had it ever since I gave birth to ds1 so I've also idly wondered whether it was something to do with the epidural, but think the elbow/nerve thing is more feasible.

Um mostly middle finger and ring finger.
How annoying to have it for a while.
Yes wondered about sleeping on that side.
