Could just be cystitis.

WigWamBam · 10/06/2005 13:45

Yes it could, but then again it could be something else. It needs checking out.

I thought i'd come on early but tampax was clear sorry tmi. I'm drinking another cup of tea so that i can wee again and i'm going to collect it this time. If it's blood again i'm going to ring doc's and take it with me.

If you eat loads of beetroot it can make your wee red, but you need to eat an awful lot!

hunkermunker · 10/06/2005 13:50

Any pain, 3kids?

I'd say go to get checked out even if it's clear this time, but collect it and take it with you as a sample will be the first thing they ask for.

3kids · 10/06/2005 13:50

I don't eat beetroot! I've only had a bag of crisps and a bit of french stick so far.

Ring NHS Direct and see what they say, or go and have a chat with a pharmacist. I wouldn't leave it if I were you, get some advice this afternoon rather than leaving it over the weekend.

noddyholder · 10/06/2005 14:30

Get it checked out asap

3kids · 10/06/2005 14:30

expatinscotland · 10/06/2005 14:33

Get it checked. This happened to my sister and it was a raging kidney infection.

3kids · 10/06/2005 14:39

I have just been for a wee and it was normal! What do you think?

OP posts:
hunkermunker · 10/06/2005 15:06

Would definitely still go to the doctor, even if it's just to get the all clear.

beansmum · 10/06/2005 15:07

yes, I would go to the doctor too. wont do any harm to gt it checked out.
