Tonsilitus at 6 months pregnant

I'm just past 6 months and have had very sore/inflamed throat for a few days and today have also lost my voice. I do get tonsilitus a few times each winter so thought not to bother to see GP but something is niggling me about it which I can't quite remember.

Do I need to try to ring (well get someone at work to for me as I can't apeak!!) GP tomorrow or just let it run it's course??

This is often caused by a virus and GP may just say paracetamol, fluids, wait etc. But there's no harm in getting an appt and letting them have a look, if its been several days and still getting worse they do still give antibiotics for it. And you can't see yourself what's going on in there

Lots of hot drinks too, but no lemsip. Hot honey and lemon fine too.
