i was being lazy by trying to carry a big pile of laundry & a the bag out of ds waste paper bin all at once 1 leg of a pair of trousers fell down & caught my foot & god my bum is sore

dh was here luckily - he cleared up things & asked me if i had broken anything , i sat there shaking & said " i don't think so" he said well that's good then & went back to read his paper 5 minutes later he offered me a cuppa , men eh !!!
