but there's more underneath, and a hard bit, and clear pus coming out of that

it's not painful

it's just a pustule isn't it?

an abcess needs treating, you oculd well need antibiotics.

You need to see your GP asap, I do not know what this is but it would concern me. Please do not let embarrassment put you off visiting the GP.

Could be an infected hair follicle.

Definitely get it seen by the GP as soon as you can.
