stomach cramps -like af pains but not due on ,any ideas?

been having cramping pains like im gonna come on for a week,its very painful.
i thought it was a uti but tested negative.
any ideas on what it could be

Are you pregnant? I got cramping pains both times I conceived which made it very confusing to know if I was pregnant or just due my period . I lived in a state of confusion for a few days before i got a positive test.

no i have took a test today but it was negative and plus i would be the virgin mary

Do you always get them around the time you're due on?(like 1-2 weeks before),and do you get heavy/irregular periods?
