Best headlice treatment for preg women

Whole family got them. Just wondered what best for 18 week preg woman. Andnif tried lyclear in dd and been combing but not all gone what next.

best treatment for anyone is just to wet comb with a nitty gritty comb. loads of conditioner on hair, then comb through. do it every few days til no eggs/lice seen for a week

the nitty gritty nit comb is really good - put in conditioner and then comb like crazy, repeatedly! Good luck, just doing this myself (again!)

Totally agree with others, don't waste your money on insecticides. Wet comb every 2 days for 2 weeks also use tweezers and catch the little blighters its very satisfying squashing them!!
