Breast pain, should I be worried?

My left breast is really hurting, its aching and then shooting pains that take my breath away. I only breast fed for a week, over a year ago now, any idea what it could be?

may not be your breast at all- could be muscular underneath, or even a chest infection.

Get to your GP nad ask to be checked out.
