Every month I suffer from PMT. It happens about a week before my period. I am basically a real misery and snap at anything. Alternatively I feel like I could cry at anything. This makes things awful for all those who I come in to contact with.

What has helped you? Any suggestions would be welcome......

Am I the only one who has suffered from PMT?

Star flower and evening primrose capsules (so I've heard).

Vitamin B complex also helps with moods.

Not sure what else to suggest - sorry

Go and get yourself a manicure or pedicure at this time so you'll feel less put upon, more relaxed? I second the vitamin B supplement.

Thanks for advice.

Had heard evening primrose was good and Vit b. Wondered if anyone had tried stuff that they really felt worked?
