Numb or tingling toes when I wake up in the morning

Any ideas, it's not really a problem just a bit strange.

my fingers sometimes are numb when i wake up but i know i sleep on my arm. Not sure what else it could be really unless you are actually lying in a strange position. Try taking your ring/s off at night and see if it helps.

Could be diabetes but I think you would have it all the time, not just first thing. Do you have any other symptoms of diabetes (e.g. excessive thirst, weeing a lot (especially at night), sometimes weight loss)?

Thanks, no I dont have any other symptoms just this weird feeling in my toes.
