I think I am teething (wisdom tooth coming through)

Reassure me that most people develop wisdom teeth with no problems? It aches a bit, but I imagine thats due to the spiky thing piercing through my gum.

If there's space for it to come into, then it should sort itself out, but I imagine you get the same level of pain as children do when they are teething, so you might want to invest in some Bonjela! The problem is usually that there is no room for the tooth - that's when they mess you around. 3 of mine had that problem. The fourth (because of an extraction) had space and was no bother at all.

How long does it take for one tooth to emerge in a baby? Or is it impossible to tell cos lots come along at once?
