Tongue scrapers...any good?

My dentist has recommended I try a tongue scraper - I have used it for a couple of days now!

Does anyone have any experiences of tongue scraping?!

My dentist sold me one, each and every time I use it I vomit.

So it doesn't work well for me. However I have a fab interdental pick and mirror on a stick combo which with a sonic toothbrush and mouthwash seems to be doing the job

Mine is supposedly a vom free design
I am OK with it as long as I don't reach too far back!
