some kind of tummy/indegestion problem

I regularly get issues with my tummy where I feel like I have trapped wind and I get really bad farts . DH thinks it is because I have too much milk in my diet - I eat a lot of breakfast cereal. Just wondered if this is possible of anyone had any other ideas.

you could ask your GP to test you for H Pylori infection....

Try drinking peppermint tea. That helps trapped wind.

What sort of cereal do you eat? Might be a wheat sensitivity, or corn. Is it sugary?

H Pylori is a very common infection which lots of people are carrying without realising, its now known to be responsible for most stomach ulcers and a llot of gastric discomfort, but not a lot of people have heard about it yet... It can usually be cleared up with a short course of antibiotics
