We're on hols and DH has got ill. Aches, runs and temps. I'm wondering if it's a dodgy clam or The Dreaded SF. Do you get temps with food poisoning?

Sometimes, but not always. See that was useless of me wasn't it paracetamol (if he can) for fever/pain and dioralyte if poss for the runs though whichever it is, hope he's feeling better soon.

Bad tummy ache, vomiting and dirhhoea all indicate food poisoning. You'd expect people who had eaten the same food to be ill aswell.

SF would be a cough aswell (I think)
