As the title says I'm in alot of pain bottom area, I do suffer with piles and have done for many years but this past 2 weeks as been dreadful and the pain is getting worse, i have tried creams but it doesn't seem to be helping, there is also alot of blood i'm wondering if it is a cut not piles and that is why it is hurting so much? has anyone got any advice? Tia.
