DH has SF. I can still go out can't I?

DH has got SF apparently. He doesn't seem to ill but he rang the helpline and they say he has it.

They said that me and the kids can go about as normal but MIL and SIL has been moaning that I went shopping this morning and got his tamiflu.

I just want some clarification on if I can go about as normal as I feel fine and the boys are fine.

Yes you can so can your boys. Obviously if you develop symptoms stay home but you are only contagious a day before you show symptoms to seven days afterwards.

Yes, deffo, unless you start to become symptomatic

It's not flu unless he has the irrepressible urge to lie down IMHO

And people with flu generally don't eat either. Beer does not count towards fluid intake.
