Does anyone have any good rescue remedies or ideas on boosting energy levels. My tiredness is due mainly to stress as I don,t have a hectic lifestyle at the moment.I know I should exercise more, but just want to sleep instead. I usually get about 8 hours each night, which I know would be heaven for alot of people but it just is n,t enough it seems.Any advice is welcomed, thanks

There isn't enough evidence to show if long-term very high doses are safe but then again, no evidence to say they aren't, either.

Promis you won't laugh? Okay, then - Shreddies are amazing at preventing tiredness. I once survived an all-nighter in front of a computer screen at work by eating a bowlful every so often. I gather brown rice has similar, slow-release beneficial effects on energy levels.

Red bull and brandy?

According to the government's own statistics and research there has never been any toxicity associated with b12 either in supplement or in foods here or in any other country. The government say it is not toxic - I think it is important not to frighten people with statements about how things are dangerous when they aren't.

Thanks for all the suggestions , they have been of interest and help. I am still feeling tired but more physically tired and I know that will eventually be eased as we go on holiday on Sat. so once we are off and away I shall relax and chill. I like the idea of the lift for relaxation.I think what was really getting me down was the fact DP and me were not seeing eye to eye and taking things out on each other and that thankfully has been sorted and we both feel much better. So thanks for all your postings.
