Am I over paranoid mum ?

My ds 13 mo has not done a poo for 2 days. When should I start being worried ?
Sorry if this sounds stupid but I do tend to worry too much .

give him a little juice (diluted), up his fluids and massage his tummy

you know your own child best, but personally I wouldn't worry unless they looked discomfitted

My ds went through a stage of witholding poos for up to a week. Funny things children! Unless he seems in discomfort, probably not a problem.
I had to resort to Junior Calfig & lactulose in the end to get things moving but I'm pleased to report that 4 years on he poos on a daily basis.
Don't stress about it yet!!

is your ds looking very uncomfortable and unhappy? i would give a prune puree. it helped me (my ds) lots of times so far.

Thank you all for your replies. He seems fine and not at all in discomfort. I will however try the prune puree and as I love prunes, I will have some myself .
