Wart treatment in pregnancy (sorry, horrible I know!)

I have what I'm pretty sure is a wart at the top of my back. It's not painful but if it gets knocked then it bleeds heavily. I'm 36 weeks pregnant at the moment and I know that quite a lot of wart treatments aren't suitable for use in pregnancy. However, I'd like to get rid of it because 1. it's horrible and 2. I don't want the virus being passed on to the baby (if that's possible). I've had genital warts in the past but, as far as I know, not now - is it possible that they've come back as well as this one appearing on my back?

Grateful if anyone has any advice.
