feeling lousy. ..more than a cold but NO FEVER

i've been feeling really unwell since yesterday morning and have been in bed all day. i have a headache, am generally feeling unwell and constant sneezing and blocked nose.

it feels just like every other flu like virus i've had before. could it poss be swine flu without a fever?

in a way i hope it is, just to get it over with.

I am the same .. though have started coughing now .... am assuming mine is just a cold really! I can't go to bed though as have my 4 year old at home with me today - I am popping the ibuprofen/paracetamol in the hope it gets me through until bed time.

i woke up to find dh had arranged for the dds to go to my mum's.

i do tend to get these viruses that are between a cold and flu. to put this is context, i couldnt possibly go to work or even to the shops today. i just feel too poorly.

just wish i knew if i could tick swine flu off my list...
