3 yr old shoulder is hurting - on tamiflu

since wed pm. last night wascrying saying his shoulder hurt and looked very slightly red but couldnt see anything. today his cough is worse but gp said aslong as temp ok not to worry as quite common. He is now crying again that same shoulder is hurting. Is this the normal aches and pains with flu or could it be something else?

I had pain in my right shoulder and I actually had a chest infection needing antibiotics but having said that pains could've been due to the flu as it does make you very achey hard to tell. How is he now? Hope he's feeling better x
