Just found a lump under my chin, what could it be?

I was just feeling about, as you do, and found this lump. It's where you would feel for if your glands were up, but it's smaller and harder. It's not sore and I haven't any other symptoms (that I could notice over pg tiredness and nausea). What could it be? TIA

Could be a swollen lymph node in response to an infection you may or may not know you have - best to let a GP have a look.
